DIDN'T FEEL LONELY TILL I THOUGHT OF YOU

Woke up this morning I went out on the street

Sniffed a few flowers then I went back to sleep

My head was cloudy but the sky was blue

And I didn't feel lonely till I thought of you

.

Later that evening I knocked on your door

Asked how you're feel ing you said you weren't sure

Took off your costume and you lay on the bed

And I came down beside you with the moon in my head

.

I whispered nothing sweetly in your ear

I played the music that you like to hear

I held you tightly but you slipped right through

And I was left holding someone but I didn't know who

.

Maybe I'm crazy and I'm lost in a dream

Brothers and sisters you know what I mean

You leave things open and get lost in the space

And you have to keep running to keep out of this race

.

NO ME SENTÍ SOLO HASTA QUE PENSÉ EN TI

.

Me desperté esta mañana y salí a la calle

Olí unas flores y me volvía ameter en la cama

Tenía la cabeza nublada pero el cielo estaba azul

Y no me sentí solo hasta que pensé en ti

.

Después, por la noche, llamé a tu puerta

Te pregunté cómo te encontrabas, dijiste que no estabas segura

Te quitaste la ropa y te estiraste en la cama

Y yo caí junto a ti con la luna en la cabeza

.

Te susurré mil tonterías al oído

Toqué la música que te gusta

Te abracé fuerte pero tú te escurriste

Y me quedé abrazando a alguien que no conocía

.

Quizá esté loco y perdido en un sueño

Hermanos y hermanas, ¿sabéis lo que quiero decir?

Dejas las cosas colgadas y te pierdes en el espacio

Y has de seguir corriendo para no entrar en esta carrera

.
